I have to use at least 3 tools for my hair to be presentable enough to go ou in public. Yesterday I spent $100 on a curling iron hoping that would help me. My hair is still too short to curl. She wound up giving away most of the flowers so that she could breathe. When I called about it the answer that I got was "florist's discretion". The year prior the arrangement was great, this year the arrangement and the attitude was terrible. Very disappointed.
