Mel, the head manager, as well as all of the other management staff, is so kind. They genuinely care about every customer and spend a lot of time teaching us to do the same. It took me a while to figure out where everything is located in the store, but everyone working there is always willing to lend and hand and help me out no matter what they're busy with. Before I worked here and I would come in as a customer I always had a really great experience. So much love for this team and store!

I have been to this pharmacy numerous times when I was treated badly. There is a nice male…read morepharmacist who actually tries to help when and where he can, but I don't always see him and feel relieved when I do. However, there is more than one female who is exceptionally rude. I would complain but was told that one of those women is the pharmacy manager and that certainly wouldn't help. I was there recently trying to get an antibiotic filled and she was embarrassingly rude to me in front of a line of people. In some sort of indignant tone she actually said loudly "what kind of drugs did you come here trying to get from us, "which came out like I was trying to get a controlled substances or to do something wrong. Even if I had been trying to fill a pain prescription, that alone would not have been wrong if it is a person's legal prescription. I don't know what the attitude is about, but someone needs to talk to those women about how to treat a customer politely while also maintaining their privacy
