Randomly stopped here with a friend that has visited before and it was a good experience. The store isn't huge, but it isn't crowded inside. This store has just about everything you could be looking for! They also had a sale for wigs (2 for $50) which isn't a bad price. My visit here was on August 29, 2024. This store is very easy to see when entering into Pembroke Square from Virginia Beach Blvd. Parking in front of the store is limited, but there is other parking available as well, so there is plenty to go around. When I first came in, it looks similar to other locations, except that it is a much larger location. There was quite a bit of stuff to choose from. At the time, there were lots of fall and Halloween themed items here. They always seem to have some type of sale going on, and this time was no different. I explored the store for a while to see what they had. On this particular visit, I didn't find anything I wanted to get that day, but that doesn't mean anything as I wasn't necessarily looking for anything in particular. I ended up not staying too long because it was hot in there that day as their A/C had gone out. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful for any questions. I ordered around the time of Black Friday so she didn't have a lot in the office but I was able to still order my hair in office and she contacted me as soon as the hair was delivered (rain check process) the hair took about a full week to arrive which isn't bad. She stayed in contact with me throughout the time to let me know the order had shipped even when it arrived at the post-office ! She did not use the brow shaping guide that Benefit Brow Bar is known for, rather she opted to freehand my brow shape. My prior experience at the other VB Benefit Brow Bar was much more relaxing and per the guidelines, so I'll just stick to that location.
