That apprehension dissolved quickly, Simone's energy is bright and welcoming and the experience was very positive. She is practicing and sharing PURE qi gong, NOT watered-down new-age energy work. I won't share the details of my personal experience, but I will say that I felt a lot of qi movement and replenishment, and left feeling much more inner peace and awareness of my surroundings, body, and self. She picked up on issues that I had forgotten to even mention, and the session gave me more clear direction on what I can do to improve my health and personal development, also renewing interest in deepening my own solo qi gong practice. During our time together, she repeatedly caused energetic shifts in me that were just as noticeable as hearing my cell phone ringing. In other words, very real and observable effects. I continued doing the practices prescribed by Simone for months and am now considering going to study this form in China. Working with Simone is the epitome of holistic; physical, mental and emotional healing that is measurable and maintainable.
