We opted to release the reservation and go back towards Stanley for a better camping experience. If you're an RV camper of a certain demographic- this might be a great place- but it was not for us. The website needs to be more clear on their "tent" sites and what is available before next summer. Staff is nice, and the RV section looked well Maintained, but the tent sites again- problematic.

Changing room at both. Toilets at the larger one. With the $7 you can to two other areas nearby (Land of the Yankee Fork & Bayhorse). The staff was friendly. The is also camping and RV spots. I believe if you do either of those you can use the pools as well. I would come back if in the area. Great find.

I stayed only one night in September 2024. I was exploring the area, but there were bad wildfires…read morein Stanley, so I came a bit north to get out of the smoke. About an hour after I checked in, the power went out all over town. It was warm in Idaho, and I decided to go sit outside until the power came back on. That is where I got to chat with the owner. He confirmed my assumption that the building used to be an assisted living facility. That is why the building is off the main street, and the bathrooms and halls are so large. It is unbelievable that an assisted living facility went out of business. Overall, a great night at this hotel. The shower pressure was good, and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable. I had some issues with the TV but used my iPad to watch the news, etc. If I were back in the area, I would stay there again.
