We stopped in for gas and a few snacks, and Victor truly went above and beyond to help us out. He took the time to make sure we downloaded the app so we could take advantage of the fuel promotion running from May 1 through August 1, helping us save between approximately $0.20 to $0.50 per gallon depending on the amount of fuel purchased. What really stood out was his attitude and willingness to help. He made sure we had everything we needed before continuing our trip and treated us with genuine professionalism and kindness throughout the entire interaction. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and Victor absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding job he's doing. I have never been so excited to see a gas station before.. even a beat up gas station like this one…read more:) We were on our way to Colorado and had no idea this would be the only gas station for miles. We were starting to run out of gas when we saw the station and it was pretty dark and a country/highway road. The parking lot was very busy with lots of people who were not getting gas but were making beer runs. We almost got ran over in the parking lot while trying to walk inside to pay for the gas and back to the car....and yes we looked both ways before crossing.

It is like any other market in the sense of the items inside are definitely pricey compared to going to the grocery store but it is the convenience that makes it worth it. The deli inside is also pretty good and then have premade sandwiches and breakfast burritos in the fridge for when the deli side isn't open. We love calling in a pizza for one of the nights we are there instead of cooking out in the heat. Also the people that work there are so nice which makes the experience great overall.

The men's restroom stenches of pot, no child should be subjected to that smell. I don't think the staff keep an eye on who was running into the restrooms. I saw many shady characters (drug-addict types) mixed in the bathroom with regular patrons and minors. I felt really anxious being in line for the stalls, the vibes were off. Some creeper would not come out of the restroom, he spent a long time taking up a stall and the smells got worse. Now, I will say the floor and sink were kept tidy given the amount of traffic coming in and out on a daily basis. Additionally, the convenience store section was well-stocked and orderly. I further appreciated the access to showers and designated fueling stations for truckers. I can tell this Love's was built with intent, they planned the entire station well. If you're hungry there's a Subway and Chester's inside the Love's. Lots of guys were buying a snack on the way out, the food looked hot and ready! Everything looked fresh and smelled great.

The restrooms were improved. I haven't used the shower services at this location. Really busy in "snowbird" season but not a problem after dark or in the off season. Then they use the excuse that it came in, but it was expired. I had to make a 60 mile round trip three days in a row to get my prescription . The store felt understaffed and messy, and overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service. Furthermore, the bathrooms were unsanitary with feces on the toilet. I transferred my prescriptions across the street to the Walmart pharmacy. They were very professional. And had my prescription available.
