Our second stop in our 12 hour road trip. We are stopping every 2 hours to switch drivers. Really, this was our first stop as the actual first stop should not count because it was still at the house. Quality/Quantity - Good. Got another cup of coffee for the road trip. Atmosphere - Good size location. Plenty of pumps,16 pumps. See pictures. I like the walk-in cooler, too bad you had low inventory and mostly (if not all domestic) beers. Overall well stocked, low on ice but it is winter. Clean restrooms. Service - Self service. Price - Convenience prices, slightly above average. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1906 as Standard Oil Company (CA). Tori was a sweetheart to everyone who needed assistance. She worked quickly and diligently to get stuff done. My boyfriend and I were just coming in to use the restrooms but decided to get hot chocolate but I guess the machine was disconnected or something and wasn't working correctly. But when we asked her about it instead of being like most gas station workers and just saying it's broken she acted quickly to clean it and fix it. So we got our yummy hot chocolate. Great spot for fuel off i10. Easy on/off. At least a dozen pumps , a short wait. No prob Store was clean and the lot was swept. Much easier to get fuel at this end of Quartzite. This will be our new fuel stop in and out of Calif. Price is about .80 cents a gal less. Winner! read more

A five star gas station? Well, this one has been our petrol stop for many years while traveling from So Cal to Phoenix or Prescott. It has several pumps, gas is always cheaper in AZ than anywhere in CA. $2.99 per gallon as opposed to $4 per gallon near my house. The store and restrooms are good sized and clean. Lots of snacks and Knick-knacks to choose from. Stretch the legs a bit. read more

3.5/5 If you're driving to LA and beyond (I'm assuming you want to at least get to LA because who deliberately wants to go to Indio? ;p) this Chevron station is your best bet and closest option to the freeway for cheap gas. After we filled up, the next few gas stations only a few miles away were already at least 10 cents higher per gallon. The station itself is older, and the pump initially didn't read my card so I had to swipe it twice. The restrooms were smelly and the trash needed to be taken out. The selections are about par for what you'd expect in a gas station far from a major city. I did see that they had a make your own milkshake machine so of course I had to get a milkshake. This is my pit stop from AZ to LA. I feel safe stopping at this gas station because it's normally always clean and the gas is cheap just before I get to California. Also, I tend to travel alone and no one looks creepy. The only downside are the restrooms but oh well. I also love their snack and drink varieties. They have a huge selection. read more

we are on our way to California, and had to stop here to get some drinks and use the bathroom. As I entered, I was really impressed at HOW ABSOLUTELY CLEAN this gas station is! I was in awe because I have never seen any gas station in my entire life to be this tidy, that it feels like I'm walking through a boutique! they have a wide array of drinks and snacks to choose from, and what's so amusing is they sell a lot of souvenir items like shirts and hats! soo cute!! and of course their bathroom is excellent! We stopped for fuel and snacks in our way to California from Scottsdale and bought 45 dollars in the store the man behind the register did not have enough to break a $100. He was rude and felt discrimination. Just not a place to stop. read more

She wasn't wearing a mask (which is totally fine because it's a free country after all) but seemed bothered that other people (my cousin & I) WERE wearing masks Intolerance is a disease. Low gas prices but horrible cashiers. Two cashiers and two lines to pay but the cashiers decided who is next in line to pay. So, if you're the second person in line and the cashier points to the person behind you to come up next, tough luck. Saw this happen a few times and it happened to me. I asked the cashier once I came up to pay how the line to pay worked and she didn't say anything. Next time I will pay the pump and avoid the crappy cashiers inside. read more

Lady on shift last night on Dec 1st 2020 at about 630 pm was rude and short tempered. She used her work time to engage in what sounded like personal conversation with someone she apparently knew. I stood by and waited but no acknowledgment from her and by the time I was acknowledged she seemed bitter that I was there. Easy access in and out to get gas. Plenty of room to maneuver vehicles around the parking/gas area. The outside was very clean. The inside shop was also very clean. The restrooms were also clean considering it is a stop in the middle of nowhere, which is why they get 5 stars from me. The restrooms also have multiple stalls, not just a single stall deal where you have to wait like at other gas stations. Have no complaints about the gas prices...coming from California, any Arizona gas prices are great. read more

Driving thru and had to stop for gas. No one (including associates) was wearing a mask or gloves. It's sad to see that despite not being in a bustling city that the outer surrounding areas are not following CDC guidelines or providing a safe environment for their customers. This Chevron gets 5 stars because it's the cleanest I have encountered while traveling. The restrooms were amazingly clean. The inside is large and clean. They even let me use their microwave to warm my chicken corn chowder. The staff is friendly. It's definitely a great place to stop between Arizona & California. read more

Just got ripped off $15 at their checkout after purchasing snacks. She tilled her register and amount checked out, so she most likely palmed the $20 I gave her to buy $5 worth of snacks. I know what I gave her and walked in with 45 and walked out with 25. What ticked me off the most was her attitude when I told her she made a mistake and the blatant lie to my face. The cleanest and most friendly people around! I was stranded for over 3 hours here and the folks here were very kind and super helpful they allowed me to stay inside the store away from the heat and I saw nothing but pride in their work, Bob cleaned and cleaned again!
