This is my first negative review and I have struggled with posting it, however I feel my experience…read morewarrants it. I went into Angels and asked to change my hair color to silver / gray. I was specific and reiterated, a couple of times, that I had a sensitive scalp. (While processing the hair was so unbelievably painful, I cried.) The stylist obviously didn't know what she was doing, hence very substantial hair loss. I had a beautiful mane of hair, now I am almost bald. The next morning I went into the salon to ask what I could do to stop the burning, blistering, and the rapid hair loss and was treated with hostility and aggressiveness. Never in my life have I been treated so deplorably - I still have no understanding as to why - I think they might have been overly defensive. Shocked and disappointed is an understatement and, obviously, I will not be going back. I did speak to a lovely stylist - at another salon - who suggested I try rinsing my hair with Apple Cider Vinegar. What? Vinegar? It WORKED! The blistering, burning, and hair loss subsided. If this ever happens to you try using that.
