I called to schedule a hair cut last minute and got in around noon on a Saturday. It was a good five inch chop with tons of layers and it is the best haircut I've ever gotten. The salon was lovely, very clean and cozy. The wash was great and stylist was super gentle and thorough. She styled it at the end and took her time making sure it all was perfect. KRIS M. IS A HAIR GOD!!!! I called last week to get an appointment with anyone, mind you I haven't had a cut since July 2020. I was blessed by the hair gods to be given to Kris M. Who I was told "does amazing scissor work". Talk about an understatement. I have not been this happy with a haircut in more years than I care to admit. She did exactly what I wanted but better. Salon is ver well maintained, the staff is knowledgeable about products. You are offered a complimentary water or tea or coffee when you enter. Very welcoming. My stylist, Alexa, helped my hair to feel healthy and thick. She is full of helpful information about how to maintain my new color and cut. I love the calming atmosphere. Both times I've arrived early and I wait for 20-40 minutes past my appt time. I drive 40 minutes to get here. If Im paying $200+ how about you don't waste my time. I won't do it again. There isn't any notification.. hey running behind.. etc. A simple heads up would help them from losing clients. read more

Was trying to go from blonde to brown. I described my hair type and what I was going for when I made the appointment. They set me up with a stylist who had never worked on a blonde to brown before. It took four hours, and my hair turned out more red than brown. I would not recommend this place. read more

I followed my hair stylist, Becca J., here because she's fantastic. This salon is right downtown in Fenton and located next to a very cute coffee shop. The atmosphere is very friendly with gorgeous decor. They use Oribe and Aquage products. Definitely recommend this salon. read more

Love this place! All the stylists are wonderful. I've been going to Toni for over 8 years, and recently switched to her assistant Julia because her appointment times are a little more flexible. She does an awesome job on color and style. Highly recommend! The gold well color they use is so rich and looks awesome. Highly recommend that you do not go to this salon for a men's cut. My boyfriend has had 2 bad experiences at this salon, the last being so terrible that I spoke up for him and had his hair fixed- as best as it could be. I've honestly seen Bo-Rics guve better cuts. read more
