I went here about 6 months ago an dim still upset!!!! I recently moved to the area and was about an…read morehour away from my previous hairdresser. So I drove past this trendy looking salon a few times and give it a try. Both my daughter and I seen a lady that's name started with a "D". I had my hair died with strawberry blonde highlights....needless to say when my 4 hour tour was over I felt super cold on my back and noticed a HUGE RED DYE SPOT on the back of my sweater! All the stylist could say is "want me to put some hair spray on it?"! That is the first time in the 30 plus years of getting my hair done, did I ever experience this! And she even charged me full price!!! Not a "I'm sorry, or your next cut will be discounted", nothing! On another note, the salon is really cute, the trendy receptionist was very nice, but the stylists they pick to represent them are bringing them down! I have not returned and will I ever!
