I went on-line Sunday, October 17, 2021 to check in online to get haircuts for my children. It stated that there was a 10min wait and I checked in and it stated that I was scheduled for 2:30pm. We went there and the gate was closed with a sign stating laying on the desk that I almost didn't even see, stating that they were at lunch for the next hour. The sign (piece of paper) was haphazardly tossed on the desk not posted on the gate. I was not even sure if it was meant to be some kind of notification or not. We did not wait as I had no idea if anybody was coming back. I noticed the gate closed a couple weeks prior when I was shopping at Walmart around 1:00 in the middle of the week. I thought the place maybe went out of business. I found out they had not. I don't know what is going on with this location, but it seems there is new management, well this new management is clearly not doing there job. Where is Rachael? You need to reevaluate and make some changes! This place was a booming business. I often took my boys hers for cuts and there was always lots of business. NEVER have I seen the gate closed and now it's happened twice just that I have seen in the last month.

My hair was probably to the lower middle of my back and down past my chest. With the cut I wanted my hair should've stopped right at the bottom of my chest. The girl cutting my hair was very nice but she cut around 5-6 inches off and now my hair is around the top of my chest and collarbone. I love my long hair and I am very sad so have short hair like this for the first time in probably 6-7 years at least. Also, this may be my problem but I do get dandruff and when the lady washed my hair she did not scrub my scalp at all, just rubbed soap on my hair then rinsed it off. So I left the salon with short blow dried hair and a layer of dandruff on my scalp after being washed. Would not recommend.
