I know Bill rarely checks Yelp because he is focused on delivering valuable knowledge to his clients as well as fitting everyone in last minute, but I just had to give my two cents. I walked in to schedule and was given an option for that day or the next morning at 9am, I elected the next day just because I live out in Shastina and didn't have any errands to run in the meantime. The next morning Bill took one look at my head and could tell me which side I slept on, where he sees me picking my ends the most and told me exactly where my hair was thinning - you can't get anything by him. He explained the why behind everything he recommended and I knew I was in capable hands. I do think I could have been clearer on exactly what I was looking for, as I can be a bit particular having thick, courser hair. I expressed concern about a couple framing pieces and he immediately knew what to do, he also accomated a last minute request for bangs. Afterwards he even offered to partially reimburse me if I wasn't satisfied but when I tell you I LOVED the end result... Please accept the compensation for your time! The salon was incredibly clean, felt luxury without the high scale prices and I walked away feeling like I had more knowledge about my hair type. Thank you Bill! Bill always does a great job. My hair can be a bit of a pain to work with and he always makes sure that it looks great.

Price is way up, quality is way down and hair dresser talks too much. 2 stars for a beautiful salon though.

I totally adore Bill & Shelli - the owners of this Salon. After finding out that my hairdresser was retiring, I was on the search for a new salon. After doing an internet search I found this salon and have absolutely no regrets that I did! I wanted to do something different with my hair but had no idea what I wanted and Bill actually took the time to help me look through several magazines at styles, colors and the like until we settled on something short and cute! I was so taken with the style that I decided I wanted to do coloring as well, but since he had another appointment following mine, we scheduled another one for me to do it. Well, I went to my appointment yesterday and it was incredible! The cosmetology knowledge Bill has is immense, I learned SO much about my hair that I never knew and that no other hairdresser ever took the time to teach me! After the initial consultation, we decided on three colors and I couldn't be happier! Now I have a deep red mahogany, a beautiful brown low-lights blended in, with a vibrant splash of teal for my bangs. I LOVE IT!! The colors are incredible and the compliments keep coming. The hues and tones stand out not only in the sunlight but in artificial light as well. As I said, I LOVE this salon and will be going here for now on. So, if you're looking for a place that takes the time to make you look and feel 100% better about yourself, call them, you won't regret that you did!! read more

Studio 67 is my 'Go-To' hair salon! I was in there earlier today to get my hair colored (my very first time in a salon!). Bill, (who is a Fabulous hair colorist!) was very conscience, he knew EXACTLY what I wanted, and did just that with the professional ease that comes with long experience! I won't go anyplace else! There is no need to when I've been to the best! I WILL tell my friend's and neighbors about my experience's there! Such a lovely location and the shop is gorgeous and professional! Bill is the 5 STAR HAIRDRESSER hidden in the small town of Weed California. I hadn't been to a hairdresser for over a year and I had let my stubborn grey grow out on my long dark brown hair. I told Bill I wanted Caramel-Colored hair with golden highhlights. I was asking for a miracle...For the next two plus hours Bill's hands never stopped working as he foiled and hand-pulled the color throughout my hair, using a blow dryer for heat. Then he shaped and layered my hair beautifully. The color was exactly what I wanted. He gave me several tips on how to care for and style my new look. He truely is an master colorist! Bill is exactly what all the other reviewers said. He's an amazing stylist. We recently moved to Lake Shastina and were concerned we wouldn't find a competent salon. Well, our fears were eased when we met and worked with Bill. He's incredibly knowledgeable about hair (as well as nutrition, etc.) He takes as much time as necessary with my wife, son, and me. My wife was concerned about her hair falling out, but Bill convinced her that there's new growth and that she won't go bald. Bill is great with my autistic son, almost as if he had a special needs child himself. Anyway, thanks Bill for being a part of our new life in the north. read more
