I went in the salon as a platinum blonde with few low lights. I showed Catherine pictures of myself from a few years ago. I wanted more low lights and a subtle bob cut. Not only did Catherine make me feel pretty, she shared some of her personal life, as she empathized with me. That meant the world to me to have one-on-one time & girl chat. I said sure and made an appointment that day. I even said would you have time to do my hair in the 3 hour gap you have and she said yes. I go and drive down to find out the door is locked and no one is there. If I call to schedule, common sense would be to call the person and let them know. Since my time was wasted then ill add a review to prevent others from wasting their time. Don't trust the temporary address they give. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I remember the first time walking into her and I was almost in tears thinking my blonde couldn't be as beautiful as I pictured it because it was darker at the time and not done for a long time after having being pregnant.
