Washed it out and because it was a demi not a permanet she had to do it again. And then it still wasn't dark enough. Then she told me that my hair would not hold anymore color. What she didnt realize is I also went to cosmetology school. She did not have to do color correction and if she would have used a permanet color she wouldn't of had to do it twice. Then turned around and charged me 195.00 dollars. That's a big jump from 120.00. I will never ever go back. Amy was nice good conversation. But now I have scabs in the back of my head. My balayage was really brassy and I had a few grey stragglers on top of my head I needed to have covered up. When I walked in, the pictures online don't even do the salon justice. It is so beautiful inside, I loved the ambiance, the staff was very friendly and the free coffee didn't hurt either. Jessica was very warm and friendly, offered some suggestions on the look I was trying to accomplish and the end result was simply amazing. I've had pretty bad color experiences before, but I will definitely be sticking with Jessica as long as I can! She even massaged my head/scalp and gave me under eye gel pads to help soothe my puffy under eye area...it felt like a mini spa get away.
