The owner reached out to me and convinced me to remove my first review because they are a small business and this would affect the health of their business. I have to wonder how many other people who left negative reviews were called and convinced to remove their negative reviews as well. She listened intently and as she began to work on me I immediately noticed how intuitively she found and relieved every spot perfectly.
