To me, this means they use quality products. They also are very sanitary. Everything is in sealed pouches and they have a sterilizer. I'm always happy when I walk in thus nail shops and greeted with a friendly hello, they all know my name and they are very welcoming to all that walk-in for services ! Moon and Pat are two of the best in both pedicure, manicure and acrylics/gel! I've only had someone different doing my pedicure on one visit. It turned out that my nails were in rough shape and needed to be removed. (I kind of suspected that already, so I don't think they were trying to pull one over on me.) So I settled in for a long service...and it ended up being about the same amount of time I would have spent for a regular fill. She was efficient. The lady who did my nails was kind and we were able to have small exchanges through our different languages. She checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with my nails and genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied. Then, when we realized that the shade of red I selected wasn't quite right, she happily pulled a few other options and made a recommendation that was perfect. As I checked out, they gave me a gift-a lovely green tea hand lotion. I felt like a superstar and was very happy with my nails.

I took my mom here on our way to a friend's house in the SLC area, and I quickly came to regret that decision. I chose to do a deluxe pedicure. The nail tech that did my pedicure rushed the entire thing. The massage, the hot wax, the scrub was all about 10 minutes in total when the massage alone was supposed to be 10 minutes. Also, the whole experience was very painful. It's hard to describe in words, but all I can say is the massage hurt and was most definitely not relaxing. In addition, there was nail polish multiple places on my skin, and a few of my nails were half painted. She painted my nails so fast the final result was dull and so uneven. When I asked the nail tech to remove the polish from my skin, she just added more polish to my nails. Needless to say I went home and started over on my own. 35$ pedicure down the drain. I'm normally not one to post a negative review, however, I wish I was warned about this place. In fact, I have never posted a negative review, but this place is horrific. As a consumer, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was dirty and unkept, and the entire experience was absolutely unacceptable.
