The welcome wasn't so great (i think the receptionist was on break) and we started 15 min late but all was well with the shampoo cut and style which is what i came for. It's such a cute looking store. We called and got a friendly girl who got us a same day appointment for bead in tinsel hair. The young ladies were working so sweet, friendly, and clearly talented at what they do! They made our little girl feel so comfortable and special. I thought it was well worth the price and such a fun experience for her. You can also upgrade to an extension braid for $20 which I was going to do but didn't because I was afraid she wouldn't keep it in at her age. Overall, I would definitely take a kid here again.
