The welcome wasn't so great (i think the receptionist was on break) and we started 15 min late but all was well with the shampoo cut and style which is what i came for. We tried to schedule it two or three days ahead of Saturday, but they were fully booked and so I went on a waitlist. I was thrilled when we got notification that her appointment was booked for 9:45 - it turns out that they don't usually start piercing until 10, but they saw our waitlist request and decided to start early. Our piercer was great with my daughter and took her time making sure the spots were in the perfect place. I liked that she talked directly to my daughter, not just to me, and the staff were all friendly and complimented my daughter. I'm so grateful they fit us in and made the experience an extra-special memory for us.
