The supply issue was part of the game today because several stores were short on at least one item; the program does the update in the recalculaation by store, not me, fortunately. Well, to close out this week's marathon, the Walgreen's store on Gunn and Anderson had all of my items and reported it "ready for pick-up" in under 10 minutes. I drove right out so I would miss today's anticipated storms and was greated by one of the most personable, professional staff I have met yet. They carry a little bit of everything, from ailment curing drugs to cosmetics, shampoos, soaps, food, household goods etc. This is my neighborhood Wg, and it's usually pretty quiet, especially since Wallyworld is close by. Last week I went to Walgreens and for the first time I was so pleased with the customer service at the returns/photo counter. Luciano was the employee working the counter. When I presented him with my return, he was unable to scan the label because it was too light. He did not just hand it back to me and say "good luck." He actually took the time to solve the problem! He had me find the label on my phone, then he made a photo of the label, and then he removed the faulty label I had put on the box with the new one that was indeed readable. Congratulations to Luciano for going above and beyond in customer service. He gave the best customer service experience not only found at Walgreens, but compared to CVS and other convenience stores. Bravo, you should be the manager of customer service!

They keep filling prescription refills I have no requested and the critical medications I need don't get filled in time. They say it's because they don't carry my med in stock. I've been using this medication for over one year, you'd think they'd have in stock by now. I need this medication every day for my condition, usually it's 2-3 days late. It was guaranteed to me the medication would arrive Thurs, now they're telling me Monday after I explicitly said I was going out of town for 3 weeks and wanted to put a rush on it. Meanwhile the medication is in stock in Largo and I , I could have easily picked it up there yesterday. This is simply unacceptable.
