I made an appointment at 6 PM with someone and the tech never showed up. I sat there for 30 mins until the other techs decide to tell me that he would not be coming to the appointment. At that time they closed in 30 mins and 3 other female techs REFUSED to help me. Wouldn't even agree to remove the 6 gel nails I had left instead of getting a full set since they were closing. One of the nice women at station 3 removed the nails for me, but still charged me $15 after all was said and done. Safe to say I will never be returning after a year of loyal business.

Haha BUT of course I have to let everyone know how amazingly talented and precise she is with her work. She is super personable, experienced and will give you exactly what you want. I was referred by a patient who's nail design was very well done. I immediately called and made an appointment, thankfully I was able to get in within the same week because normally they get booked very early so I suggest booking ahead of times especially during holidays. This establishment is located in a very busy plaza, lots of parking, acceptable all major cc's and cash. I showed Mackenzie the photo of the nail design I wanted and she did just that plus made it look even better! I left truly happy with my choice. She took the time to make sure the colors were just right, including the base color to even match my skin tone. I will most definitely be back next month, and highly recommended her if you're looking for a nail design well done. I will probably also come and check out their regular pedicures in the future.
