Highly unprofessional, avoid this place. Back in August I called around asking about the Brazilian Blowout treatment after a disastrous experience getting a Keratin Complex treatment. Ali assured me the process and product. In early November, I booked an appointment with her. Wanting to ensure I had the correct details, as back in August I called over 20 salons, I shared these details in the appointment booking. She text me a week or so later and I tried to address my questions via text. She didn't respond. Rereading the original text the instructions she indicated to call. The day before my appointment I called, as instructed by the text and due to her not responding to me. She was very rude and unprofessional. Ali said she felt uncomfortable doing my hair because I sounded so nervous. That was insulting to her for me to ask her these questions so many time and she was canceling my appointment. I have two jobs and coordinated with both jobs to get time off for the appointment and subsequent aftercare. read more

I recently went into creative edge for a partial highlighting service. I had my appointment with Sam. I explained I only wanted a few pop highlights around my face and temple area to lighten up the dark spots. Initially she stated the charge would be $115.00 for the partial. She recommended a bleach shampoo and toner to try and get the color less brassy. She did explain that the cost would be $30 which I agreed to. She asked if I wanted my hair styled at which point I said no, I was going straight home. She did the styling anyways and charged me for it against my request. I only wanted my hair blow dried to see the outcome of the highlights. I showed her a picture of the color I was looking for only around my face. When we got done my hair looked exactly the same as when I came in. She stated this would be the best that she could do and only gave me a refund for $30.00. I even suggested potentially coming back at another time to potentially make it right when my hair had more space in time after the recent highlighting process. She declined this offer to make it right. She also stated as we were discussing the outcome of the highlighting service, she asked me if I wanted a "money piece" done while we were doing the highlighting. I explained I did not know what that was and I wanted to get my hair as close to picture as possible only on the dark spots for the partial. I am not the professional. I was seeking the service and recommendations from the professional to achieve the look I came in for and paid good money for. I understand if if for some reason a color or a look cant be achieved , but this should have been explained up front prior to a service being done and prior to me being charged $170. If this would have been explained to me up front my reaction would have been different and I would not have wasted both my money and my time if the look could not be achieved. I will not be returning to this salon and will advise others against going here moving forward. As a person Sam seemed like a nice young lady. However, she seemed to lack the experience needed to guide the client and also stand behind the work in which she does at the Salon. After expressing my negative experience the owner reached out and stated they will not do anything to make it right. RUN RUN RUN! read more

I walked in to get my hair cut and stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I was finally spoken to, I told her that I could come in any time the next few weekends for only a hair cut, no color or anything else, and she said no one had any openings and gave me a card of someone taking new customers. I left her a message and she never called me back. They have a lot of good reviews so they must do a good job, but I'll never know! read more

I was worried about getting a rather drastic change in hairstyle and due to an illness in the family, was on a tight timeline and away from home. So I picked a place with good reviews and asked if they could fit me in. I'm SO glad I did - Lidia squeezed me in and did a great job. Love my new short style and walked out feeling great. My mother had the Worst experience EVER!!! She explained over and over again what she wanted showed tons of pictures and ended up with a limp, dark, ugly mess of a haircut. She went in for an inverted short bob with reverse highlight and got a old granny cut with chunks cut into it. She had hair dye stain all over her face. It looked like a helmet!! She made it very aware that she was unhappy. She got home and was even more horrified at the mess that her hair has become. She called and requested a refund and all they will do is offer to redye it and recut it. Well if you F***d it up the first time why would she trust you a second time! Horrible customer service, who doesn't stand by what they've done!! read more
