The previous…read moreset was filed through every layer of nail to my nail bed, and I was left with broken, raw, bloody fingers. All the nail tech said was "you have thin nails" when he looked at what he had done, and honestly didn't seem too concerned with the outcome. They weren't 'thin', they were GONE! I have literal holes where nail should be. My nails are on the thinner side, but not a single other nail tech has had an issue in the past. I've been trying to strengthen them, and now I'm worse off than when I started three years ago. Sure, I could have said more to them, but I was so shocked that someone would be okay with treating another human being that way that I didn't know what to do. The salon was crowded and I didn't want to bother the other customers who were enjoying their time. I ended up just paying the $10 for the removal and left. I went to another salon that I trust immediately after, because I was worried leaving the wounds uncovered would risk infection (which I was told would have been very possible). The tech at the other salon said she had never seen work that bad in 20 years in the industry. Now I have about 8 weeks of pain/healing ahead of me with the hope that nothing gets worse.

Such a fun and bright red for the holiday season. The chairs are so great because I can push it forward enough and do not need a pillow behind me to make up for my short legs. Th e massage chair is so great! My tech today was The Anh Chau. He uses a modified piece that your ankle sits in so he doesn't have to bend over so much and it helps me because he can really see what needs to be done on the bottom of one's feet way easier. He did such a great job teaching me about my ingrown and to make sure I get it worked on every visit and not just when it hurts.
