I contacted corporate & left messages & emailed twice to get an update. I was able to get a hold of corporate after 2 weeks of order placement & was told products would ship within the next 2 days. It's now January 13, 2020 & I called corporate again leaving a message about my paid products & the owner Marissa sent me the email(picture attached) on the 14th. Completely unapologetic & unprofessional. I ordered from this company as they are a local business & I thought I would support a local business, but I was completely wrong.
