Staff was friendly, however the receptionist was a bit cold and could learn to smile more. The young woman who cut my hair was very friendly, did a good trim, didn't take off more than I asked. Only irk was that she used those thinning shears to thin out the bottom of my hair instead of fanning out the bottom and doing it with scissors like more experienced hairstylists would. The other customers there all seemed like regulars and had good relationship with their stylists. Their coffee is also really good. A great West-Island salon!

I do like how my hair feels after they use it on me, but I'm scared what will happen if I use it myself on a regular basis, and it's just too expensive to experiment with. The people who work there are open and genuine and it really feels like you are talking with old friends rather than almost strangers. Erica cuts my hair and she really pays attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. They use high quality products and hire "high quality" people. I won't go anywhere else for my hair!!
