The facials are so cleansing, especially with the Eminence skin care products they use. I also have always been so pleased with the massages. I have had the privilege to have been helped by both Hope and Kayla. For months now I have been coming weekly for electrolysis on my face. Unfortunately, I have a LOT of hair to remove so I will continue to use their service for quite some time. Although I cannot say getting the process done is fun, both Kayla and Hope make it almost pain-free, and I enjoy the time I spend with them weekly. The salon is beautiful, they offer lots of options, and the staff has always been kind and welcoming. Honestly, if they were any more attentive, I'd probably feel a little out of place--I'm much more used to taking care of other people than being pampered myself! Every visit, they've made sure I'm comfortable and helped me figure out colors when I inevitably pick the wrong type of polish (which seems to happen every time). They've always been patient, helpful, and dependable. I don't even think about going anywhere else because they've consistently taken great care of me. The shop is absolutely adorable inside, and I especially love what they've done with the remodel after Helene completely destroyed their original space. It's wonderful to see them come back even better than before.

I was happy with my nails very upset about the timing and skipping me with multiple people.
