I got exactly what I asked for and really appreciated her squeezing me in last minute. The salon is clean, and Kacey is easy to talk to. Since March I've added Wild Orchid highlights on each side. I get so many compliments that I want to keep this unusual color. I love my cut and style, too. The salon is clean, bright, and very modern. The location is easy to get into and out of. You have lots of choices for parking. Pricing is fair and competitive. They take cash or credit. I was really disappointed but mostly embarrassed to be seen with the mess left in the back of my head. Now I traveled to Brazil and got a haircut to "rectify" that one. My stylist here was terrified by the way it was cut without proper trimmings and parts cut in a way that made it look with volume on top. The ambience is very nice and accommodating, so was the stylist but unfortunately it did not work for me and now I have months to face a haircut missing hair in the back of my head and messiness.

When I told her my hair was too dark because she had almost diminished the highlights to try to correct her error she instructed me to wash it to lighten up the highlights, go in the chlorine pool and sun, use product to make the highlights show...all baloney! None of this brought out the highlights. She admitted she overprocessed it. My hair is destroyed. I can't even approach getting it done right somewhere else because in her words it might melt off ..... DO NOT GO TO MARKETA! IN FACT BOYCOTT THIS PLACE. Prices were very reasonable and I felt I got more than my money's worth. I plan to return for many more appointments!
