I think the cut was excellent and the owner followed the instructions of the look we wanted. He really did a great job. Downsides in my opinion: -owner asks if you are going to do business there before allowing use of the restroom. Also, we were sooo thirsty from walking around the area and wanted water, but were told by owner he didn't have any. I've been to dozens of salons across the country while traveling and they usually have something for guests, be it water, coffee, or better. I had to drive to a place down the street to buy water for my husband and I. Finally, the haircut itself was $20 not including tip, so the total was $25 for a man's haircut. No shave, no hot towel, just a haircut.

I had gotten many recommendations from people, but Salon 1 Twenty kept coming up as recommended by many locals and "I would not be disappointed". Then Bob, one of the stylist, had sent me a message to come in and he and or Rob will be happy to cut my hair, They made room in their schedule for me to come in, while I was visiting in TN. Absolutely LOVED my haircut. I had a picture that I visioned and Rob was very particular in the cut and kept referring back to the picture I had. Him and Bob I feel took the team approach to make sure I walked out with what I wanted and they had met my expectations. Well.. they did 100%. I now have two hair stylist down in Sevierville TN that I can now count on, and will definitely will be back at my next visit for a cut and color.
