They make you sign a contract way before your appointment that you will most likely forget about and not read. But in there, they make you sign away your head basically. I signed the contract 2, maybe 3 weeks before my appointment and I completely forgot about it. They did not disclose anything with me that they were doing with my hair, besides the purple color. They claimed they were putting darker hair color in the top but it's not. Also, the use TEMPORARY color. Who TF charges $300 for temporary hair color?! Tousled should be ashamed for making me pay for this disgusting service.

I was told records of these funds were lost in the fire so I was sol but I could join the new program for $20. I realize its only $20 ,but since they lost several hundred dollars it seems unreasonable to ask me to pay $20 for the NEW program. I stated this but no one really cared.
