I went in for a hair treatment and…read moreblowout - I asked Melissa to give me a treatment for my dry scalp and she just recommended the deep conditioner knowing i needed the scalp treatment. Melissa was the only person available for a blowout and that's the only reason why i saw her. My hair was completely straight after my blowout. Not a single curl. She then had to use the curling iron to give me curls and i knew my curls were going to drop within the hour because i only wanted my hair curled through a blowout. After leaving unimpressed with my hair i noticed my scalp was completely dry and flaky. It's never been that dry before. I go back i side and talk to someone else who recommended i buy a scalp treatment and apologized because i should have gotten it before my blowout by melissa. I'm not a hair stylist. I'm not the one who is supposed to know ow what's best for a dry scalp, if I'm asking my stylist what is best she should know to recommend the scalp treatment. I accidentally tipped her an amount way too large and didn't even notice until i got home because i was so pissed off. My scalp is so dry and my hair is completely straight. Not a single curl. (I'm naturally curly) Very disappointing service and i think melissa needs proper training.
