Was there last Thursday got my nails done by a man named Randy worst pain imaginable ,I hoped the pain would go away when it was done with. Pain never went away by Friday night I was in tears I could hold anything my fingers genuinely felt like there were on fire I went back Saturday morning after working my night shift and had him take off my nails I ask for a refund and he said he wouldn't give me one because it's my fault for the pain reason being my nail beds were to small . How does that even make sense. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would definitely recommend if you go there book with someone else my sister in-law raved about Lori being amazing to her that was the only reason I went in the first place if you walk in and get Randy I would walk right out he even said he couldn't do what I wanted in the first place because my nail beds were to small so I had only acrylic color on my nails.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] read more

I go there for a waxing session , yes one of those and under my chin on my neck area !! The staff is very well trained !! This salon is always super clean, quiet and relaxing. I've only had pedicures here so far but have been coming for many months and it's always a treat. Randy is a real expert and does a 5 Star job. My experience with them was pleasant but the out come was horrible. My nails came out lumpy uneven. She missed spots on my feet. Worst message I ever experienced on my cakes and feet. Then to top it off I have bruising on my back from the massage chair. Their response was to take off the nails. And then told me the chair was in my control. How about an apology a refund anything. Nope. It was a great I paid for for my birthday. I well never recommend this place to anyone or go back. read more

Found this gem and absolutely fell in love with salon R5! I had the basic pedi and my husband had the firewalker pedi. Randy did an amazing job with me! Didnt catch the ladies name who did my husband's. This place is refreshing, relaxing, all around comforting. We felt very welcome. We will definitely be back. We did join the loyalty rewards program. Update: I have never had a dip manicure look so terrible so soon after having them done. I had to have another manicure less than two weeks after having them done as they were chipping and breaking. After paying approximately $25 more for my nails than I usually do I find this unacceptable and will not be returning to this salon. The two stars are for the pedicures. read more

At a recommendation from a friend we made an appointment yesterday for the two of us to get pedicures and went in this morning. You can book appointments online - check their website out. Very easy! They also have their requirements posted online too due to Covid-19. My daughter and I went in about 10 min early and were immediately greeted at the door. There was one lady finishing up a manicure but left shortly after we arrived. We wore masks and were asked to wash our hands before sitting down. We were social distanced from each other (every other pedi chair blocked off) and the two we were scheduled with had in masks, face shields and gloves, as was the greeter at the door. Chairs and bowls were ready for us and after we sat down they brought us a nail color chart to choose our nail color as we were soaking our feet. They did a great job and in a timely, but relaxing manner. It was VERY clean and a relaxing atmosphere. Also, the products they use (lotions & etc) they also sell at the salon. I appreciate how amazing Randy is! It was the best pedicure I've ever had that rivals a place I used to go to when we lived in Houston. His products are unlike any I've ever had before. Organic and natural. My feet were so soft. I'm sitting here again for the second time. If it weren't for Yelp I wouldn't have found Salon R5.
