However it wasent until I straightened it I saw she butchered my haircut. It was uneven and slanted. I will give someone a second chance any day, but once they need a third they've lost my business for good. I'm just not sure how she never noticed the cut was uneven by the second time I went to her. I had to pay another hair dresser to fix her mistake and she ended up having to cut an additional .5 in off my hair to make it even. I was very disappointed and will never be going back.

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, talented, cute, and fun. The space feels very chic, with beautiful floor to ceiling front windows to let in a ton of natural light. The pink/black/white/gold color scheme is professional and way cute. It's impeccably clean. The hair washing stations and the stylist chairs are all plush and very comfortable. Not only are they always on time, but they work very efficiently. I've never once felt rushed as a client here. If you know what you want, they'll make it happen. If you're not quite sure, they'll work with you to get you looking your absolute best. You are always welcome, your requests are taken seriously, and you never feel like a burden at The Bombshell Lounge. I am ALWAYS pleased with my haircut and style at The Bombshell Lounge. Personally, I always bring a ton of pictures (although now I trust her with anything so I just tell her what I want and she makes it happen). She works quickly and makes my hair do exactly what I ask for! She responded immediately about how she "posted" about how it was busy & the holidays, how her grandmother was in the hospital... also she sarcastically said "sorry I don't have time to have a full online consultation with you while my grandmother is in the hospital" ... all that is a good reason...But I just needed an confirmation. Even a simple "ok you're booked" even an "okay" would have been just fine. Hard to get an appointment or word in at this salon without being gawked at for not reading the stylist "posts on social media about her personal life".

I chose Hannah because you said she was available and excellent and had been there for 3 years. Now to the being rude, I don't know what they told you but all I asked was "Why are you crying". If that is being rude, I don't comprehend. I was kind to her and did not make a scene which I would have been justified in doing. Still, she screws up my hair, then tells me her next client is waiting. I said "So exactly what are you telling me"? That's when the crying started. This behavior is totally unacceptable and you as a salon owner need to get the story straight before blaming a client instead of an incompetent hair dresser with emotional problems. You're just enabling it. You should be ashamed! I cannot believe that you would allow this type of treatment to your clients. Further more you allow this behavior by justifying a wrong and not finding out what REALLY happened.

Well after an awful streaked dye job, we had to go pay more money to Famous Hair to get the hair partially colored correctly. Finally Viann helped us by re-dying the hair back to the original color. So for $100, my daughter got her hair dyed her original color. Will never go back. Sticking with Famous Hair, they have always done a fantastic job. Twenty dollars for a wash, cut, and style. Whole lot cheaper for services. I was just trying to give my daughter a "salon" experience.
