When the knot is impossibly wound up she knows how to make keen incisions with scissors to remove the tight balls of mats. In total I spent 5 hours with her 3.5 for the detangling service of severely matted and unhealthy hair and the remaining 1.5 hours getting a dye job, blow out, and trim. I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO CHOP EVERYTHING OFF BUT BECAUSE OF GLORIA I HAVE MY LONG HAIR BACK AND BEAUTIFUL! I CANNOT THANK HER ENOUGH! ¡Gloria me salvó el pelo!
