Never once did I feel like he was pushing me to buy anything or make any unnecessary repairs. (Which was what I was most afraid of base on our past experience with the other company). He did quote the cost of a new system. If that was the route we chose, and even that was almost half of what the last company quoted us. For that reason, I highly recommended Holt services heating and air. In fact, I'm calling to set up an appointment for them to go see my house. We ended up paying a couple hundred dollars for the temporary fix but once we are ready for the new unit, this is 100% the only company that will have our business from here on out. Yancy reached out promptly and scheduled a time for an on site free quote. Yancy came and quoted our yard and was so easy to work with and talked to. We were able to ask questions and get some recommendations for other things we wanted to do in our yard. Yancy provided us a quote the next day and I even asked to requote us as we had modified our plans to now redo the existing concrete in the backyard in addition to the squares.
