They arrived…read morevery quickly and even provided a recommendation based on the condition of the truck to take it to the dealer rather than a local repair shop. While the tow to the nearest dealership was about 20-30 miles (Brenham) they offered a more than fair price for the service. This recommendation turned out to be very good as the engine block had split due to a design issue and only a dealer could work with me and FCA corporate to figure out a goodwill settlement on the cost of a new engine. The service was also incredibly patient and helpful as my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and was in the car with my mother-in-law, my daughter and had just picked up her mother-in-law's terminally diagnosed dog. Needless to say, Crosby towing was the one bright spot in an otherwise crappy day!

Quick and efficient load up of my lowered and modified car. He took me back into Houston so I could get my tire replaced. They replaced it and my A/C was still not working properly. They didn't have the proper tools to diagnose my car either. Then when they couldnt fix it they said they would be back the next day at 8AM but never showed. I had to reach out to them in the afternoon to see if they were still coming. They said they had an emergency and couldnt come that day but would come Sunday. Guess what...they never showed, never called, never text. I called Roadside and More at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night. They were only one of two places that my insurance company recommended. They came out to my location, removed the two shredded tires, took them back to their shop to trade them out for two new tires, returned to my vehicle, and installed the new tires. I have never heard of anything like this! Did I mention it was raining?! I went and visited with a friend who lived nearby to get out of the rain. They called when they were finished, had me inspect their work and I gladly paid them. I was home safely by midnight. I'm tempted to call them instead of going into the tire shop for my next round of tires. They saved me the added expense and hassle of calling a towing service. I wouldn't use anyone else.
