I went back spoke to Sal he had change the brakes again the car stop making the loud squeaking dry sound . I don't know for a fact they change because a month later I started making the sound again. I went back wanted to speak to Sal but was not allowed to talk to him. I was told that there was a new manager, and his name was Nick , I told Nick that I was told that my rotary and brakes had a lifetime warranty. He was not happy about that and got a little hateful with me and I told him there was no reason to get hateful so I asked to speak to someone else at this point I spoke to JR ,I told JR that I had a video I recorded the sound my car was making and seem to be coming from the breaks they so they took for a test drive it made a little sound and was told that was normal but I new it was not. JR told that he would speak to Sal so I call back the next day. He told me they could not doing any thing with but if I took some where else that they should take picture of what they done . So I took my car some where else and found out it was the brake pads. So I had fix now it been a month and my car is not making any sounds at . I did what was told to do by Sal workers, I went back with paid invoice pictures and the brakes, this time was not given a run around is what I thought but not over yet, spoke to Sal he was not happy that I took it some where else he told that broke the warranty but I try to explain to him that his manger and JR told if I took to some one else I needed picture invoice . Sal did not even want hear any more he refuse to to give me my money back that I paid for the brakes which I was told by JR they would do that. I'm writing this just to let LADIES know because I am a lady. I was taking advantage of so be very careful if you take car there for . This is not over yet. Thank you !
