I took my car in to get a windshield and a damaged hood repaired. Needed a quick turnaround due to it being my commuter car and needed to get back to work without sharing a car with my wife. They got all repairs finished in 3 days. Work looks great and they went above expectations and clean the interior and exterior of the car. I will use them again for sure. read more

My guess is that the reviews for this body shop were written by the owner's and their family or friends. I couldn't get past the proposal process with Keith. They sent me an itemized quote that was pretty high (I have other quotes). When I called to question specific itemized expenses, he told me "that's the way that it is in our business." He then went on to ask me this: "what do you know about the paint and body industry?" to which I replied "nothing." Keith continued by telling me that the price was "non negotiable" and he has "cars lined up for work." So I asked Keith if he was willing to kill a sale over $126, and he said "absolutely." What a jerk! Friends, stay away from arrogant charlatans like Keith. Anderson Paint & Body could care less about customer service. I am all in favor of businesses making a reasonable profit. When businesses can't explain their prices, they lose credibility. I will not do business with people I don't trust (and neither should you). Avoid this business! read more

WOW!!!! What an amazing experience I had with Anderson Paint and Body! It is SOOOOO hard to find excellent customer service AND an amazing staff that gets the job done quickly, efficiently and right! I found it here! What a wonderful shop that runs like a well oiled machine. I am so impressed with the work they did on my Cadillac Escalade. Most of the work was good, missed a lot of little things. Original estimate of time to repair and costs were grossly incorrect; both by 30% plus (this is not an idle comment we have all data to support in detail). If we had better data from the beginning we would have been able to make better decisions. The attitude was bring it in and leave it and all will be wonderful-------- but they didn't recognize (or care) that you had to leave vehicle again for a number of days which really added up after we had to take back a few times. Office personnel and owner were very nice until you questioned such things as why were estimates so far off. read more
