I didn't know why but had a good battery. They came and picked up within a week of calling and had I been home the night I called it would have been that day. They called me a few days later and said it was only a blown fuse and returned with a small bill. They could have told me it was something expensive and I'm not sure I would have been able to tell anything different. I appreciate their honesty and quick service and highly recommend them for anyone needing lawn tractor service. The only thing they didn't do was tell me what the amount of the bill was before asking for my payment information. Felt a little awkward interrupting the lady asking me for my payment information without anyone telling me how much the bill was. Extremely minor issue and would use them for all my lawn care needs.

Crap, it goes from a solenoid to an ignition switch, then the owner tells me it could be the coil? I didn't have the time to wait for them to pick up my tractor, so I trailered it myself. Trailering it myself was never the issue. Yeah, I was a bit steamed when it didn't shut off when I got it home the last time from having them work on it. I never took it back for good reason. They don't know what they are doing! I ran the wires down from the ignition switch, and they didn't tighten the ground wire nut coming down from the ignition switch to the engine block. And the wire for the kill switch was disconnected from the ignition coil. It's connected by way of a spade connector. They failed to tighten the ground wire and to replace the spade connector. I REPLACED THE SPADE CONNECTOR MYSELF, it's not that hard to see that after years, a spade connector will loosen and easily slide off the connection. 1990 GTH. Why did I wait to put in a review some might ask me? I gave it a lot of thought and decided that these people need to be aware of what they are doing. In the future, I will be going to McGavic Outdoor in Kokomo, Indiana if it's something that I can't figure out myself. By the way, I purchased that 1990 GTH brand new from McGavic back in 1990 and it's served me well to this day.

We visited during the Elwood Glass Festival. The shop is in an older pole barn with parking on the side. The demonstrations were outstanding and fascinating. Master craftsman, Danny, made several paperweights while assistant, Wendy, narrated the process. It was mesmerizing to watch and the team welcomed questions. They described each step, while Danny worked. Watching Danny make glass was the highlight of our visit to Elwood. The gift shop next door was filled with all types of colorful and intricate glass items. There were paperweights, vases, ornaments and glass decor. The glass is marked and sold under the name Prestige. Prices were reasonable for a handcrafted work of art. I'm not sure the demonstrations are available everyday or not, so call before you go if you want to observe. They will make custom pieces. They also offer classes in glass making.

I really liked the…read morefact that these gentlemen were friendly, polite and knowledgeable and they did not talk down to me, despite me being a woman on the elderly side and probably not like their usual customers in search of a high-end acoustic guitar. This has not been my experience in some guitar shops I have visited in my 55 years of playing the guitar. I told the gentleman who assisted me that I was interested in buying a smaller-bodied acoustic guitar, most likely a Martin. He showed me several and did not rush me as I played them. He kindly answered all my questions and gave me some great information about the various models. Then he brought out a very special guitar - a Martin 00-28 Modern Deluxe. The MD is a great guitar anyway, but this one in particular was stunning, with beautiful silking on the top and a gorgeous bookmatched back. When I played it and heard the sound of it, so full and resonant coming out of that small body, I just fell head over heels in love with it! Although I looked at and played a couple more, I knew that guitar was THE ONE. It cost somewhat more than I expected to spend, but this store has both layaway and several financing options, and these guys made it happen for me so that I walked out and went home with this incredible guitar. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I have owned so many guitars over the years (I couldn't even count how many) but this guitar is the love of my guitar life. I'm so glad I decided to stop in here that day. Highly recommended!!

Instead the stomate came in well below what was anticipated and they gave me several different options to choose from. They provided a loaner for free since the repair wouldn't be done before school and even tried to give me two reeds for free, which I insisted on paying for. The prices are fair and they've got a great variety of instruments and gear for the size of storefront they have. The staff is top notch. I had only been in there 3 times and they called me by name when I walked through the door. This is a gem of a place for our town.
