I was expecting it to be a little bit more relaxing, however, the machine made a grinding sound the whole 30 minute session. While that was not all that relaxing, there was a tv display that was pretty relaxing. The video displayed various natural images such as the ocean, flowers blooming, etc. As far as the benefits of the salt chamber go, I found it to be cleansing. I didn't think I was congested at all, but after being in the chamber my nose was runny. My friend especially, said that it cleared her sinuses. Would probably be a good thing to do if you are sick in the winter time. My friend also did a massage and said, "that was the best massage of my life." She said it was very relaxing and helped with a lot of her problem areas. PS- they also give you complementary water with added benefits so you can bring your own bottles and take some to go!

There are a few lay back chairs I'm sure they were more comfortable, but I wanted to use the foot rock. Small place, but didn't disappoint the experience. The lady who was working was very helpful. My husband was dealing with sinuses so this was a perfect start to our weekend together. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and shown where we would need to go to enjoy our salt room experience. You're provided socks if you don't have any on, and I'd recommend it, as the salt dust will collect a lot on your socks. It was a very relaxing and peaceful experience. They provide clean fleece blankets for you if you get chilly. We used them over our chairs, it was just a lovely experience all around. Also, we were shown the infrared sauna and the salt sauna, both seemed health benefiting. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Online booking makes finding an available time even easier. When you check in, the place is absolutely spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. I can only review the IR sauna so far so here goes: The saunas are private and spacious enough to lie down or sit up. You can control the heat and/or timer which is also very nice. There is chromotherapy (light therapy) inside the sauna and you can set it to whatever color you choose. Inside the room is a robe, socks, towels and bottles of water to keep you hydrated. There's not much more you can ask for. Tips: -You will be hot and sweating when you finish so dress appropriately and take the time you need when you finish - If you want something other than water, bring it. - Maybe bring a stick of deodorant to get you by until you can shower at home. - Book early, there is only 1 IR sauna and it seems to book up

I booked a salt cave session for myself and my friend to unwind after a busy few weeks. I had been to Sukhino before (float & salt cave sessions) but it has been over a year since my last visit & it was my friend's first time. Laura got us all checked in, we signed our waivers, & she gave us a tour of Sukhino. Everything was clean & oozed peace & mindfulness. The float rooms are nothing to bat an eye at - serene, tranquil, & private. The salt cave looks like a tree house & feels like you are stepping into an oasis. Needless to say we both loved our salt cave session. Afterwards we sat & had tea in the lounge area. On our way out we grabbed a couple of fun seltzer waters that were available for purchase by the entrance of the center. My next visit (which will be soon) will be to float! My friend purchase his next salt cave session before we left, so he has plans to go back as well. I highly recommend checking this place out!
