I called and they accommodated us same day, even though it seemed like a stretch to fit us in last minute. Edwin did an incredible job - he was meticulous, explained everything he was doing, and personable. I thought it came out so good that I ended up leaving with an undercut that rivaled the likes of the Pinterest picture I had selected on the spot. What I very much appreciated, was the fact they made us feel incredibly comfortable. Being two females walking into a barber shop can be kind of intimidating and we didn't get that vibe at all being there. Even the other customers were chatty and welcoming. I told him I wanted my hair cut so that I needed to come in once a month or more often if needed. We agreed to 1" on the side and a trim on top. The barber used clippers instead of scissors. The first clipper took off 2". What do you do? The damage is done. When I returned home, my wife laughed and wanted to know what I had a 'Broccoli Cut'? I am 78 years old. Why would I want a cut that is more or less thought of as a young person cut. The barber is on the right side when you enter the shop. He is the last barber on the right side. He will never touch my hair, never. I don't understand when I ttell them the style and length of cut. When they scalp you. Isn't it more profitable for the barber tto cut your hair more often rather then scalp you so you don't need a hair cut for 3 months? I need to find a new barber. The last time I got a senior haircut there, it was $5. Today it was $8. The scalp treatment was supposed to be $3.50. Today it was $8.00! They are not allowed to advertise one price and charge another. When I told the clerk those prices were not on their official website, she just grunted, "well, I'll tell somebody"! She said the prices changed two months ago. This type of operation is not acceptable.
