I've been using SLE regularly since 2007. I'm on the road about 150-170 days out of the year so I fly out of SLC frequently. SLE saves me the time, hassle and cost of parking at the airport. The drivers are generally friendly, professional and timely. Reserving online has been streamlined and is easy. I only wish it integrated with TripIt like airlines and rental cars so I didn't have to hand enter all the data. Although the price has went up $10-12 per direction since I started, it's still a great value. read more

Who throws their customers out during a health pandemic to get pneumonia. Salt Lake City express. Who makes it possible? James Samantha and the rest of the negligent employees at SLCX weather advisories so bad that the busses can't run yet they feel it's perfectly reasonable to put women children and handicapable people out in it with total disregard for there well being. They operate alongside greyhound which at a google glance is terrifyingly dangerous as a standard. Yet James continues to take your money without flinching or warning you to take heed and protect yourself unless as the manager he's completely unaware of what's going on. The only person you can reach in any type of emergency is an agent to take more money from you should you choose to risk your life by traveling with them again. I wish I'd read these reports. Clearly they feel they can exploit the lower socio economic classes to provide for themselves. At one point I said to him " I'm just one person why would you not help someone you put in my situation, does it happen that often"? The answer is yes it does all the time. Traveling with this company is like rolling the dice. I feel sorry for the drivers it clearly takes a toll on them and there sweet as can be. It can't be easy leaving children in the cold with their parents begging them not to asking them what they're supposed to do. The answer I received from every single person I spoke with was your in a rough spot. Did I say this happens ALL the time. How can you in good conscience knowingly put people in these situations for profit. read more

40 passenger shuttle bus was clean as expected, on time, professional, Driver had a nice presence about him, kind and courteous. Stops twice in Pocatello, once in Perry Utah 50 miles from Airport. This gives you plenty of opportunities for food, drink, & Restrooms. I took advantage at every stop. Dairy Queen at Perry stop. I Tried Hard to come up with something negative....... I couldn't. It only takes about 1 hour longer than driving your car, Leather Reclining Seats, lots of leg room, AC, DC & USB poower outlets, Kid friendly, Seat Belts. Seemed very safe. Guess if I had to complain maybe the bag Storage inside smaller than airplane almost half the size just keep it in mind. If you Travel to Salt Lake Airport this is a great option no parking or Rental car take a Nap over half the people on my trip did. Check the website they have at least 2 specials daily large Discount if schedule is flexible. I do wish they had later shuttle from Airport sometimes my flight gets in AFTER 11:30 or 12 am becuz of schedule or delay. Then I have no choice but to Rent car. Which isn't too bad in advance usually SLC Airport to IF. 3 day round trip Rental $90.00 - 120.00 but I can't sleep while driving YET!!! read more

The worst experience with a shuttle service ever!!!! The shuttle driver should be fired and the company should be more careful with who they hire. The ride from Rexburg to Salt Lake was horrible from start to end. My regretful experience with this inexperienced and careless driver started off on the wrong foot when he shut the door on my infant son's leg. I had to pull his pants out of the door and quickly find a seat because he started the car right away. I let that slide because I thought it was just an accident. Car rides, as most parents know, can be difficult with little ones but this ride was a nightmare because of the driver. He decided to let a customer up front choose the music to play during our trip. She chose heavy metal and he was happy with her choice because he said that was his favorite music. Normally I would take my own music and put on my head phones. Unfortunately, you can't take music and head phones for two little children plus yourself. I was trying to remain calm despite not being happy with the music we had to listen to for hours. Two hours into our trip it got dark and the kids were getting tired. The guy did not turn off the music not did he at least turn it down. I had to ask the person in front of me to ask the driver to change the station to something more soothing or to turn it off. Since it was playing so loud the gentleman in front of me had to stand up and walk to the front to ask him to turn it off. We made it to Salt Lake and then the nightmare continued. He stopped at Temple Square and got outof the shuttle to talk to another man. The only other person in the shuttle with my children and me assumed he was lost because they were looking at a paper and talking for a while. When he finally came back he said he would be dropping us off and asked where we were going. When I replied we were going to the Amtrak building he admitted he did not know how to get there. The other customer said she believed it was on a certain street so he started driving that way. On our way there, he pulled out a bag and said he couldn't wait to open it because it contained the engagement ring he had bought for his fiance. It turns out the guy he was talking to at Temple Square was his dad who had just given him the ring. He was anxiously opening the ring box to show off the ring while driving. What a JERK!!! How unsafe and careless!! To make matters worst. He was not going the right way so my GPS on my phone guided us to the Amtrak and Greyhound area. When we got there he took our bags out of the back and left us in a parking area, far from the actual Amtrak building. Since I did not know the area I did not know he was leaving me on a cold, late night in a desolate and dangerous area with my two young sleepy children and bags to drag around. I thank God for helping us! If he's still working I hope he will learn to care about others and a lot less about himself- at least while he's responsible for the people on his shift. read more
