We enjoyed our visit to the Salt Cave! It was very relaxing and the ambiance was great. Everyone on the spa side was very friendly as well.

I've been practicing here for years. It's honestly my favorite spa/yoga studio in town. They have a wide variety of yoga classes and their instructors are highly skilled and so enjoyable to practice with. Tashi though, she's incredible! I've had treatments done here as well. The salt room is phenomenal for sinus and respiratory health. The last time I indulged in a message it was like magic. My neck and shoulders felt amazing for weeks.

This spa has been my go to spa since moving here. I love that they do a Charleston local discount that I have no seen any other spas do. It had been awhile since my last time there and I had not realized they moved. The new space is amazing! They really nailed the relaxing cozy vibes in the waiting room! I just wanted to stay there all day! They have drinks while you wait too. Of course, I got a mimosa! My boyfriend and I got the 90 minute couples massage + facial! One thing I really like about getting facials by them is that they massage you while your masks are setting so no time is wasted! They massage your head, arms, and legs between each mask! It's so nice! They also made sure to ask about any allergies which I unfortunately do have to grapefruit. I also saw they had an entire salt room that you can sit in while it adds so many benefits to your body! I can't wait to go back for another treatment.

On one of my long walks downtown today I decided to stop in at The Salt Spa on King Street and inquire about a 30 minute Migun massage service and luckily they had an opening available! I was surprised by the enormous spa interior once inside. From the moment you step into the spa area you will be in semi- darkness lit only with numerous salt spa lamps and dimly lit floor lamps. A wave of calm will wash over you immediately and you will find yourself giving way to it and enjoying instant relaxation. Salt lamps are good for purifying the air, enhancing your mood and helping you sleep from what I have read. I was led into my private Migun massage table room and was told only to remove my shoes. A blanket was gently placed over me and I immediately found myself surrendering to the experience. The deep infrared heat of the Migun bed helps to relieve stiffness, promotes blood circulation and increases your immune system's ability to fight illness so it is a healthy service to do every now and then if you feel like "jump-starting" your body.

This place is great! My husband and I booked 60 min massages with mini facials for our honeymoon. When we arrived they seated us in a very low lit Victorian style room that had mimosas, water and tea. When we went back our masseuses were very professional and friendly and asked us about our preferences. After finishing the back part of our bodies they flipped us and paired our facial with the rest of the massage which was so nice. Highly highly recommend. Even my husband enjoyed every part of his service (not usually a massage or facial guy). We will be back the next time we are in Charleston!

Gorgeous spa - the facility it huge, and offers a little lounge to use before your massage service - equipped with drinks and snacks. I went for a couples Swedish massage, which was very relaxing- exited to give a deep tissue massage a try! They also have a fabulous boutique up front with lots of items

An oasis. This is such an incredible place to do yoga!! The double doors are kept open during class when the weather permits, which brings in lovely sounds and a nice breeze. The light from the salt lamps everywhere is so grounding, especially in the evening classes. Parking is as you can find it on the street. Free! Arrive a few minutes early in case you have to look for a spot.

My favorite spa in town. The new location on King is absolutely stunning. It's so relaxing and a great way to treat yourself. Kayla is a fantastic massage therapist. The Bliss package was a gift from my husband and truly just a wonderful experience.

She has an amazing playlist and is always motivating and supportive. I always leave feeling like I really worked out my whole body and I am ALWAYS sore the next few days, but it's a good feeling because I know I worked hard in Emily's class! I also highly recommend their assisted deep stretch class. It's very relaxing and it feels so good to stretch and take your mind off of everything going on. The studio spaces are always clean and well taken care of. There's only been a couple times where a class was really crowded, but we always make it work!

All that could have been ok if the class had been ... enjoyable enough to do. Why did the teacher have a headpiece for screaming instructions, when there is no way the room wouldn't be covered just fine by her voice. I tried for about fifteen minutes, trying to follow her sometimes muted screaming by looking around me. I gave up and went to the front desk where they kindly said this was normal and offered me a cup of earplugs to pick from. I took them and used them for about three minutes when I gave up. The place purposefully makes it so loud that they have odes of earplugs in a cute little jar on the counter. That's just messed up. I usually do vinyasa flow, my friend does Bikram and neither of us really knew what this class was. Worst $30 one a class pass ever.

After dipping my toe in a variety of techniques I stumbled upon Meditate--and I am so thankful I did! The format is extremely user-friendly and has allowed me to create a lasting meditation practice. I can now attest to all of the amazing benefits that meditation provides. I am calmer, happier, more focused, and able to communicate more clearly. This was under the bus shed near the Visitor's Center, which was a great location, especially since we had nice weather. It didn't rain, but we had shelter just in case (some of the park events have been rained ut). Another reason the Visitor's Center was a great location for YogaPop was the parking garage directly across the street- very convenient. I thought Kathryn Buddig did a good job with the class. I do yoga each week, and while I'm not advanced, I've been practicing a few years and know the basics. I took a friend with me who was new to yoga and she was able to do everything, modifying some poses as she needed to. With hundreds of people, some other yoga teachers also walked around and offered alternate poses or helped you (unless you didn't want to be helped in which you could say no). Along with the yoga, a number of vendors were there- everything from juice, salads, and sliders to beer and wine and also yoga items like t-shirts. The only downside was that I felt like the ticket price was a little expensive.
