This is a top-notch facility. My 2 week old son was referred here by his pediatrician to fix his…read morehis torticollis (very tight neck muscles on one side, making his head tilt all the time.) The office staff were super friendly (despite how rude I was to them...no sleep-sorry) and got me in quickly with their Director, Janelle Mann. SHE IS AMAZING. So intuitive, kind, and smart. Not only did she help my son with his tight neck, but she also helped treat his tummy/gastro problem that arose. The home program she assigned for us to work on was well explained and easy to understand. It adapted after each progression until he was cured. She made me feel comfortable and confident turning and stretching his neck. Every case is different, but he was discharged from treatment at 9 months old. We couldn't have done it with our her expertise. I'm so glad we were referred here. One more thing--they keep the place very clean. I noticed they clean each room after it's used by the patients. Mopping with Clorox and wiping down all of the toys and tools used after each session. This may not sound like a big deal, but they have TONS of kids being treated here and it was great to see how proactive they were about germs not spreading.

We've had to reschedule appointments 3 seperate times due to illness and they were great with us. My son sees Ms. Janet and Ms. Melissa with physical therapy and they're both phenomenal. There have been times that my son is just miserable (teething is NOT kind) and I've had to say ok he's had enough for today and they've always been understanding and respected my feelings. They've let him take breaks to nurse when he's hungry and overall just work with him and his needs. I definitely recommend them for physical therapy.

He was…read moreextremely helpful and not only significantly helped me with my recovery, he also addressed the potential causes of my injury teaching me how to adjust my movements to keep proper body alignment to help me avoid future injuries. John is personable, knowledgable and punctual. My experience was great and I highly recommend John to help your recovery. In addition, Bryttnie, the administrator at Northchase was also great. Admins in medical practices are often not that great, she was/is. She handled all my insurance filings and appointments and is very personable and knowledgeable as well. The doctor is not in!!!! There is only a PA in this office, which truly pisses me off. Having a…read moredoctor for a husband I except a little bit higher quality of service, which I really have not received. On my first visit I was scheduled first for the day, I waited an hour and a half while I watched two of the nurses/PA's friend's cut ahead of me a get seen before me. They have now changed over to an electronic system, however they still managed to screw up my Rx when sending it to the pharmacy. Additionally, when my husband was out of town they mis-diagnosed me with a sinus infection only giving me a seven day/1 time day antibiotic round when I actually had bronchitis and later developed a serious sinustis infection due to the lack of proper diagnosis. I was seen by my husband's colleague later in the week, as my husband heard how sick I was over the phone and relayed the information to him. I ended up needing a 14 day course/3 times a day round of antibiotics, codiene co-syrup and nasal spray. Additionally at one of my most recent visits I mentioned that my husband was a Navy doctor... Not expecting a response, we were just making conversation. The nurse's assistant said in a condescending manner, "Oh, he's one of THOSE doctors." I'm sorry, but you only have a PA in this building, with 2 years versus 8 years of medical training plus she misdiagnosed me.
