My insurance was declining the claims and OT Solutions never informed me about it. Therefore I was stuck with the whole bill. Their excuse was that "They were waiting on a form to be filled out and submitted." I don't remember any such form. Also, even if they were waiting on a form, I believe that it is immoral and unethical to not immediately inform me and my family, who would be burdened by the full amount charged. Instead they waited until I canceled service to let me know about this huge amount that was now my responsibility to pay.

Mom was 96 and could not have been happier with her stay. Communication was open and honest, rehab brought her back to full function post multiple hip and pelvic fractures. He is the only physical therapist at this location and only has an assistant part time. This facility schedules 3-4 people at the same time with only 1 person to work with everyone. Much of your hour long session is spent waiting to be told what exercise to do next with only a few minutes per session of one on one time. Forget trying to call the office to actually speak to a person you will only get a machine to leave a message on. If you are lucky someone will call you back in a couple of days.
