I was out running around and needed to find a car wash in a part of town I didn't know very well. As predicted, I wasn't alone, but that's the nature of these things. I was able to pull right up, opt for the middle wash (I'm not 100% sold on the differences in all these car wash packages, but hey, middle sounded good) and only had to go through once to get things looking their best. I pulled around to the vacuum area and went to work. I spent a decent amount of time there, but never felt like I should be rushed. I just vacuumed for a while, then used my own cleaner, rags, and towels to finish the job. The vacuums are hit or miss, and the nozzle on the one allocated to my slot kept falling out. Luckily I grabbed my neighbor's (as it was vacant) and finished with that one. Good enough suction, but some are fitted with different nozzles with varying areas of coverage. Something to consider: if you don't like yours, move to a different slot. I didn't see a floor mat cleaning machine, but I didn't look to hard. Other than that, you can pretty much expect the same kind of service here as the other drive-along car wash spots in the valley.

I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

I was calling and stopping by during the posted business hours but no one was there and no one answered the phone. I left messages and eventually I was texted back asking me to stop by the next day for a quote. I did stop by and someone was there this time and I did receive a quote for a full detail. I was selling my vehicle and needed the full detail prior to posting ads for sale. The quoted price seemed fine and all I needed to do was sort out transportation etc., while the vehicle is being detailed. I mentioned I would call the following week so we could set up an appointment and get this done. He said that would be fine. The following week I was again met with an answering machine only. I left messages and again stopped by, during business hours. No one was there. I left about three messages over the span of a week. I never received a call back. No texts, no nothing. Great! Completely unprofessional. Basically I wasted 2 weeks of my time, time I could have had my vehicle posted for sale. Time that I need to go find another detailer to do my car.
