This was an EXCELLENT CPR COURSE!! Nelson is a retired Firefighter EMT and has been giving these CPR classes for years. He is extremely experienced, patient and kind with a good sense of humor. He went thru adult, child and infant CPR techniques and what to do if adult, child or infant are choking. He also showed us some First Aid techniques. Nelson explained and demonstrated everything in detail. He made sure everyone understood and performed everything correctly. He arrived with a mannequin for each of us to practice on and gave handouts with all the information on it to refer to. I highly recommend Nelson's CPR & First Aid Training. My heart was broken but not for long, as DeVry University enrolled me, and when I told them what happened with Ultimate medical they informed me that in 2021 was illegal to even criticize anyone for their background!! I'm not a violent criminal, I've never hurt anyone in my entire life except myself with poor Choices! Thanks be to God that I was able to enroll with an easy mind knowing that I'm with a professional university that cares about me. We had 15 professionals in my group -- all of varying backgrounds and levels of experience in mediation. The trainers were all very helpful in answering questions and making sure we knew and understood the information. The materials were amazing -- and I am sure I will continue to look at those materials throughout my observations and into my mediation practice. Dr. Firestone was our main trainer and was great!
