You would never know this adorable lounge existed as it is in the back of a building that has a few other businesses in it. Once you go up the stairs just follow the signs, which lead you down a couple of corridors, then you will see a brightly colored door with CAYO on it. Go through that and up the stairs and you can immediately feel the warm vibe she has created. I also love that she was very neat with the color. Loren had the greatest smile, the kindest voice, and was not overbearing or obnoxious like a lot of the sales people I met in stores. She left me to look around on my own, but was available in seconds every time I needed assistance. I watched how she interacted with other customers and her service was spot on. Good customer service seems to be a practice that is lost in our country at this point in time and I know it must be affecting productivity as well as sales.
