As a female looking to get a better stereo system put in a Mercedes is a risky move in a mans world. Until I found Patrick at Salty Sounds, from other shops I was told absolutely astronomical prices and was about ready to forget about it. Patrick gave me an excellent price and got to work. He put a Kenwood touchscreen radio, added an amplifier, changed out all the speakers and put a subwoofer in the trunk. The sound clarity together with the bass has blown me away. It is way above my expectations. An absolute dream come through. This man is honest, does quality work, very knowledgeable, fast, precise and reasonable. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. He installed my cameras in my truck. I had some issues and I needed him to come back and take care of it. After a month of hearing, I am coming tomorrow and not showing up after he told me yet again that he would fix it today. I called him this morning, and his voicemail said that he was going to visit friends and family for 5 days. This is NO WAY to conduct business. I am extremely disappointed. read more

Excellent service and extremely fast response time. I had an issue with my jeep. Patrick was able to immediately identify the issue and have it resolved within five minutes not only did he resolve that issue. He did some rewiring that was not asked him to do when I offered to pay him he said no that he was there to do a job and would not leave until the job was complete, I've been to over three in town to try to fix this issue with no success. Can't speak to this company's ability with car stereo, but I can speak to the owner's business ethics. He took on a home audio/video project and got himself in way over his head and had to ask our company to bail him out of the project. After helping him, he demanded a kickback for the "referral" and when we refused, he left a one star review for us. So buyer beware, maybe ok for car audio but I would avoid letting this company do any work in your house. We won't be there to bail him out a second time after this. read more

He tinted my home and put a sound system in my house and mounted my tv!!! I was so excited after it was all done I got him to tint my truck and put a radio and backup camera in it and he helped me put new headlights in. I can't thank Patrick enough.
