After placing the order, the date and time were set, along with an ETA. We were notified in ample time of the technician's name and picture who would be installing our camera system. On the day of installation, Steve was prompt, anticipated our expectations, and reiterated what he would be doing. Steve assessed placement for each camera and explained all the changes that needed to be made before installation.
