You would think that what the size of backyards in Coral Gables that this place would be empty but nope. This place was packed. Just goes to show you how valuable a really good neighborhood park is. They pack a lot of action in a little space but the biggest hit with the kiddos was the zip line. They rode those things back and forth until I dragged them away. This is one of my favorite playgrounds in Miami. It's inclusive and offers lots of sensory activities. There's a zip line, lots of instruments, and other fun things for kids. The trees there offer some shade. My only gripe is that lots of parents don't close the park gates which can lead to children running out. It's right next to a street making it dangerous. This is such an amazing and beautiful park!! I haven't been to many in Miami, but the coolest and prettiest one by far that I have! It's huge and has so many things for the littles to do. My 2 1/2-year-old had a blast, and even after 2.5 hours I had to drag her out of there. There are swings, a zip line with three different types including a buckled in swing. Larger than life instruments. And lots of open space for running around too. Different size climbing equipment with slides with a variety of climbing things on them. So so fun. It's playground heaven for kids! Also, the bathrooms were located right by the playground and were fairly clean. There's pickleball and tennis courts right there as well. There were tons of people when we got there at 9:30 am, but it's so big and there's so much to do that it didn't feel too crowded at all. read more

This park is incredible! So much to do, so many things in the playground even 2 ziplines (seats) and one that's for younger kids. It's big, clean. The only thing I've noticed recently is the amount of garbage that people are dropping in the park. Love bringing my son here! read more

I really love everything about Coral Gables and their parks are just one of the reasons. I was driving through through the neighborhood one afternoon when I spotted this oasis of fun and fresh air right in the middle of the neighborhood. It urns out this is a very special park. In 2019 the city accepted a matching grant to expand and renovate the park and build their first all inclusive playground with sensory sensitive equipment for all ages and abilities. Play structures include a zip line, musical equipment, a multi person seesaw, play mounds, and merry go around style spinner. The ground is covered in ADA accessible artificial turf. I love how the city thought to include all children when redesigning the park. The children really looked like they loved the concept too as I saw many happily playing on the equipment. A new water fountain that can fill reusable bottles and a bike rack were also added. It looks like you are able to have birthday parties in the park. In addition to the new playground equipment, the park also has a tennis center with 13 lighted clay courts. Near the parking area were large ficus trees kids were enjoying climbing. This is a really great neighborhood park, but I wouldn't expect any less from the City Beautiful. read more

It's still an amazing park, kept clean with different sections for kids to play with. There are slides, swings, musical items, climbing bars as well as ropes, and the most popular spot is the swinging ropes and chair from one side to another. They have tennis courts, walking side walks, EV charging section, and green turf that makes it safe for kids. The park has lots of trees that brings breeze which makes it nice. My kids and I enjoy coming to this park. read more

Wonderful park and very nice ambient/people!!! We were there with our girls and atmosphere was very nice!

This turned out to be a perfect location for our family picnic plans!! The gazebo with 3 tables was right smack in the middle of the park with full view and access to everything! It was perfect for our niece with autism and her sister with a variety of things to enjoy! Plus, if any of the adults wanted to enjoy pickleball or tennis that's there, too! It was in a beautiful area as well... we didn't want to leave. The only major downside was that there was no toilet paper or towels and the bathroom was messy. (But that's excusable because it was Thanksgiving and the office was closed that day.) I really was surprised how packed the park was the whole time we were there considering the holiday, but that just meant more lovely new friends for the girls to make! read more

Excellent and clean park! Great and friendly staff! It was our first time and we loved it. The tennis courts are clay and fill up fast, so get there early. The noise from the park dwindles after a while, but it's nice to hear children playing verses them being on their electronic device. Coral Gables is amazing and Salvador Park is one of the hidden gems that are there. Check it out and enjoy! read more

Beautiful Coral Gables park, very clean and safe. The park has 2 playgrounds one for the small kids and the other one for the bigger kids. Lots of shade throughout the park, the only minus is that it gets very packed since everyone started posting it on instagram. Now the local coral gables gem is no longer a secret. I recommend going here first thing in the morning so you could enjoy everything the park has to offer. read more

Just had a two hour meet up here with my daughter. This park is located in coral gables off of Biltmore drive and has plenty of parking. It is completely gated and clean and has slides, swings, see saw and instruments and well as zip line and tennis courts. There are clean water fountains too. Would definitely brine my daughter again. read more

Dear Salvadore Park, I really like your little park, tucked away off of Granda, and not too far from Venetian Pool. I took my nephew here recently, and I had a blast just watching him play and explore. I enjoy that you have these awesome, and quite durable, plastic dinosaurs that the kids can ride and climb on, and I also love the built-in hop-scotch set ups towards the entrance. There are also all kinds of swings and play-gyms, and it seems you have the cool padding material wherever the kids could fall down. Lastly, there's a pavilion for picnicking/birthday parties, and a huge grassy field for ball games. One of your major bonuses are your bathrooms (important), a water fountain, and tennis & racquetball courts, not to mention the tons of trees providing ample shade. This is by far the best park in the area for children. It's got a bunch of playground stuff for the younger set as well as a decent size field for them to run around in. The only drawback is it can be a victim of its own success, being quite crowded on weekends. read more

Salvadore park is a nice clean place to let your children let loose. It's about two blocks off of Granada. The parking is very convenient and its surrounded by several houses so i'm sure its a nice walk for residents. They offer a tennis center with clay courts and instructors available. I love to come and practice on the tennis walls which are usually pretty empty unlike the biltmore. There are 4 walls, 2 on each side, and the area is gated so unless you hit a fly ball you are good. read more

The courts, which is what I go here for, are not too terrible. It's unfortunately some of the better har-tru (clay) courts in Miami-Dade. The prices are reasonable, and the lights stay on until about 9. They do have appointments available, however you have to be a member. read more

This park is an extremely clean and family friendly park. There are tennis courts and playscapes for young children and older ones too. We bring lunch here and hang out and there are nice families that do the same. Let's remember that Miami is not your trash can, so please pick up your trash and properly dispose of your sigarette. :) read more

I love Tennis and I love Florida and now I love Salvadore Tennis Park. The clay courts are in excellent shape, lights are very good. For the money these are one of the best PUBLIC courts in Miami by far. The Coral Gables surroundings are very lovely. You have over 12 courts, bathroom, shower facilities, only a few lockers. Staff is friendly. Reservations are permitted during week days and sometimes not permitted if you are not member and the staff asks you. NO reservations on the weekends, first come firts serve. read more

A spacious park where there is never really a crowd :) They have both the bigger kid/toddler play set, as well as baby and big kid swings. The only drawback is that the baby/big kids swings are about 100 yards away from each other and there are only two of each, but like i said - I've never encountered a crowd. The space is ample and would be nice for a picnic or birthday party - and they also have pretty nice tennis courts (which I think are free) and four raquetball courts which are very well maintained. This park recently had a makeover, so I can't comment on it prior to now. They also have the fake grass around the play sets - which I actually like - b/c I have somewhere to sit the baby while my 2 1/2 year old is playing. They also have this little stage area - which is kinda fun if your kid is a ham. I'm happy that this is our new playground - because it's a nice walk from our house, ie workout, and the kids really seem to enjoy it! read more
