I purchased a Husqvarna Z254F Zero Turn mower from them last summer. Since then, it's been in their service department for repairs three (3) times in less than a year. First, a bolt on one of the blade-drive sprockets broke off. Second, the parking brake springs were making a loud grinding sound. Third (after Marietta Outdoor Power did a winter tune-up), the oil was found to be over-filled and a hydraulic fluid leak developed, rendering the mower to be without substantial power. It should be noted that I did not add any additional oil since the tune-up, even though I was called by one of their salesmen and accused of doing so. It should also be noted that when they delivered the mower to my residence this last time, they did not leave any paperwork as to indicate what they serviced. I also want to stress that at no time have I used my mower in a haphazard manner. Since then, I've filled out a survey (one month ago) from them stating exactly what I've listed in this review. I have not heard or seen a response from any of their associates. During my many years of employment, I have always treated my customers with the highest level of customer service. Believe me, this is not customer service by any means. I truly wish they had a buy-back program!

The problem is the inattentive staff who really don't care if you buy anything or not. We walked in and were basically ignored by all staff. Too busy on their phones and just standing around shooting the breeze. Felt awkward as soon as we entered because of this. Tried to strike up a conversation with one of the staff but was just meh. Was going to buy a suspension fork, crankshaft, and whatever else I could for my new bike build but we just left because it didn't feel like our business mattered. As much as I'd prefer to support a local business, I need that business to care just as much about me and its own business as I do. Sadly, I doubt we'll go back. No real reason to drive 25 to 30 minutes to be ignored. I can get the same level of customer service online since it was hands off, impersonal, and cold. I simply feel it's important for others to know what a horrible experience I've had. Well over a month ago, my husband and I began looking for wedding bands. We're already married, we just didn't have bands yet. If I could rate the customer service at the time of purchase, I'd rate them a 5. The girl who worked with us was fantastic. The problem arose after we purchased my wedding bands. I found one in the store that I absolutely loved. The customer service rep convinced me it would look amazing to have two bands, one for each side of my engagement ring. Unfortunately, they only had one of these bands in the store. I was told they could order the exact band and have it for me within 4 business days. The fourth day arrived and I had heard from no one, so I swung by while I was in town. They said it would arrive the next day. Okay, no big deal. So I go in the next day, mind you, they never once called to inform me the ring I ordered had came in. I get there, and they had ordered the wrong ring. Something with the serial numbers had gotten mixed up. Again, I was irritated, but it wasn't a huge deal. So over a week later, I STILL had heard nothing. I gave them a call and was informed that there wasn't the exact ring anywhere within their district. So of course, I asked them to look outside their district. It has been over a month now, and I still have no wedding band to match the one I purchased. What if this had been for my wedding day? I would've just been out of luck and heartbroken. So before you choose your ring, make sure you choose a company you can rely on. I personally will never be making another purchase at Roger's Jewelers.
